How Messiness Can Work For Your Meditation Time

Have you ever had one of those mornings where you made repeated attempts to meditate with no luck? Does the chatter in your mind refuse to be quiet?

Why not turn it around and use the chatter to help you focus??? It is an easy fix.

Start by saying to yourself, “I am not the chatter. I am not…” whatever is going on with you in the moment whether it is pain in your body, noise outside, or constant thoughts.

Then go to “I am not my mind”… “I am not my body”…

It really is that simple. You will find yourself shifting into the depths of your being before you know it!
