Rose Marie’s jewelry is handcrafted with care and created to be enjoyed for years to come.

180-Day Limited Warranty

Jewelry purchased directly through RoseMarieSwanson.com is covered by a 180-day limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the original shipping date.

If you experience a problem that you believe is related to the craftsmanship of your piece, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue. We will review the piece and, when appropriate, repair or replace it at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, improper care or storage, damage caused by misuse, or alterations or repairs performed by someone other than Rose Marie.

Because natural gemstones and crystals are unique, variations in color, texture, markings, inclusions, and other natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Shipping

If a warranty repair is approved within the first 30 days following shipment, we will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the repair.

After the first 30 days, shipping costs associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
