Each piece of Rose Marie’s jewelry is created and prepared with great care. Because of the unique and handcrafted nature of these pieces, all jewelry sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly through our Contact page and include details about the item and the issue.

We will review your request and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return Shipping

If we determine that an item needs to be returned, we will provide instructions before you ship it. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item that arrived damaged or defective.
