AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you (“you”) and Rose Marie Swanson (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of RoseMarieSwanson.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, purchasing products or digital content, creating an account, registering for a class, or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, including text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, videos, audio recordings, meditations, teachings, course materials, downloads, and other content (“Content”), are owned by or licensed to Rose Marie Swanson and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products offered through the Site. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen.

Many of Rose Marie’s jewelry pieces incorporate natural gemstones, crystals, minerals, and handcrafted elements. Natural variations in color, shape, size, markings, texture, clarity, and appearance are expected and are part of the unique nature of these materials.

Because pieces are handcrafted and may be one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee continued availability.

Product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Purchases of physical products are also subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and payment information for purchases made through the Site.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added to your purchase.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete credit card information submitted through those payment processors.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND MEDITATIONS

Digital products, audio recordings, meditations, downloads, written materials, and other electronically delivered content purchased or accessed through the Site are intended for the purchaser’s personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

Digital content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, resold, uploaded, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.

PRIVATE SESSIONS AND CLASSES

The Site may provide information about or access to private sessions, classes, programs, workshops, and other offerings provided by Rose Marie Swanson or through affiliated educational organizations.

Availability, pricing, prerequisites, scheduling requirements, cancellation policies, and other conditions may vary by offering and will be communicated through the applicable booking, registration, or program information.

INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Everything else in the final version can stay as written. That also resolves the odd British Columbia language from her old jewelry-site terms.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
