September is the birth month of my twin boys.
And as we enter September again this year, I’ve been sitting here wondering, Where did the time go? How is it even possible that I’m old enough to have children who are 50 years old?
That being said, I am a very proud mother, not least because my boys have created wonderful lives for themselves.
But I’m still not sure I really want to believe that I’m this old.
Life is so full of surprises, twists, and turns. Some days, it’s hard to keep up with myself, much less everything that’s going on in the world.
At any rate, for many years now, my focus for myself has been my spiritual growth.
I have experienced numerous miracles and spiritual advancements in my life – some little, some not so little.
Still, no matter what happens, I always do whatever I can to keep myself moving on the path of spiritual growth as much as I can, but it can be terribly overwhelming at times.
There is so much out there to learn and so many directions one can go, and this is something my clients bring up a lot.
Many of them are overcome by all the different options and possibilities for their lives and they’re looking for guidance on which path to take.
And when people come to me wanting to know which direction they should go, my advice is always to go within because they’re much more likely to find the answer through introspection than they are from my opinion, or anyone else’s for that matter.
That being said, there are many ways to go within.
Meditation can be useful if it’s used as a tool to dive into yourself and explore, and you’ll find that all my guided meditations are made for doing just that.
This month’s meditation is meant to help guide you by aligning your lower egoic will to your higher will, which will allow you to become more open to the grace and unconditional love of the Creator.
