As you probably already know, February is the month of love.

It sounds kind of funny to have a month for love, but because love frequencies are forever and always, it’s good to have a month to focus on love.

There are many kinds of love. There is the love a mother has for a child, the love between significant others, and the love of pets, friends, siblings, or other family members.

There’s also the love of a nation, love of God or one’s beliefs, love of nature, love of an art form or hobby, such as painting, love of an action or activity like meditation, and even the love of things like words or numbers.

The truth is love can be known, realized, and felt for literally anyone or anything.

And remember, there are many different angles from which one can perceive things and many different interpretations of the word love, and this can be vastly different from person to person.

The Masters of the Akashic Records would like us to focus on the quality of love we want in our lives.

But what exactly does that mean?

The definition of quality is “a distinctive attribute or characteristic possessed by someone or something.”

But how you define quality can be quite subjective, as it depends on your point of view, the level of perception you have, and the spiritual awareness you’ve obtained.

In any case, according to the Masters of the Akashic Records, if you want to increase the quality of the love you’re holding, you’ve got to move out of the egoic, lower levels of awareness first.

They want you to leave behind all of your codependent, destructive, and limiting love, and instead, really look within as to how you want the quality of your love to be.

One example could be unconditional love, or in other words, a love that holds no demands.

This reminds me of a couple of quotes that are very relevant to this topic:

You must be the change you want to see in the world.
– Mahatma Gandhi

Become the change you want to see – those are words I live by.
– Oprah Winfrey

Thinking from this perspective, you should ask yourself, “What kind of love do I want to have?”

My Purification Process for Reaching Higher Levels of Love

At this point, I need to mention that sayings like “You’re my other half,” or “You complete me,” are incompatible with higher levels of love, as they’re tied to a form of attachment.

Higher levels of love come without attachments to things, outcomes, or people, and they come without any form of judgment.

All things considered, it’s very comforting to know that the Masters of the Akashic Records hold higher levels of love and wholeness for each and every one of us!

But to reach those higher levels of love and wholeness, you must be willing to do the work.

If you’re not sure what I’m referring to, the type of work I’m talking about is what I call purification.

Think of it as a purification of your love that begins with letting go of all your non-beneficial programming and beliefs.

But if you’re serious about this purification, you’ve got to ask yourself, are you willing to let go of the illusions you hold of past pains, wounds, fears, beliefs, and contracts surrounding the topic of love?

And are you willing to let go of everything attached to them?

If you are, then you’re ready to begin the purification process, but keep in mind that this takes a lot of time, energy, and dedication.

That being said, it is absolutely worth the effort.

Believe it or not, there is a point you may reach where you make a quantum leap into the higher levels of love and wholeness, and this is when your life can become magical.

It is when you stop being a victim. It is when you stop just surviving. It is when you stop second-guessing yourself and simply fly with the angels. I call it being in the flow!

So, if you’re serious about taking this step toward higher levels of love and wholeness, then you should take some time to journal about the qualities of love you want to have in your life.

Take your time and be serious about it, but remember, whatever you put out into the universe you will receive back in return.

Once you’ve completed this exercise, then you’ll be ready to listen to this month’s guided meditation.

You may listen to it as many times as you like, and each time will take you deeper into your being and integrate higher levels of love in you.
