How You Can Magnetize Yourself to the Levels of Love You Desire

How You Can Magnetize Yourself to the Levels of Love You Desire

This month I want to focus on helping you to magnetize yourself to the kind of love, and levels of love, you desire.

There are many different kinds of love, and levels of love, along with several stages in the development of love, and one of those stages involves preparing your heart for balance and openness.

In order to do this, your masculine and feminine energies will have to align and move into an inner marriage with acceptance and equality within.

There are many ways to describe this and to achieve it, but for the purposes of this article, we will be focusing on only one of these strategies: self-love.

In some circles, the term used to describe the integration of masculine and feminine energies would be self-love. One part of self-love involves the release of all self-judgment and self-condemnation.

Forgiveness is a necessary step when you’re working toward releasing these things.

And believe it or not, you can forgive solely for yourself, in order to preserve your freedom.

Even if you’re trying to forgive someone else for something they did to you, your forgiveness doesn’t have to revolve around them. It can be all about you.

But how can you accomplish this?

Well, one way is to use the method of ho‘oponopono, which is a traditional Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation.

Or, if you’d prefer, you can use some kind of forgiveness prayer.

But no matter what you decide to do, how completely you move through unforgiveness and into forgiveness is dependent on the seriousness and depth of your choice to forgive.

A friend once told me that when you forgive something you are giving it to God.

Isn’t that a beautiful thought?

Now that we’re on the topic of self-love, I should also talk about how your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings can create confusion for you and make you stumble.

However, something you might not realize is that most of what you think, believe, and feel is simply a habit and did not originate from you. These things are not yours, but perhaps they came from a parent or friend.

Whatever the case, becoming aware of these habits, and understanding where they came from, can help you to change them.

Then, once you’ve done that, you can start to create the kinds of habits that will support your self-love.

But no matter what habits you want to change, or which ones you want to stop, you’ve got to give yourself permission to actively identify and change your habits.

And if you remember that your habits are a choice – and it is that simple – then consistency and persistence will allow you to change them.

In any case, your desire to change is very important here. But change can only happen when your desire is strong.

However, the good news is that it’s no longer necessary to hit rock bottom before you can make a change.

I don’t know about you all, but personally, I choose to no longer learn lessons or move forward in my spiritual path through trauma. I choose to no longer “have to” be hit over the head with the “universal baseball bat” as I did during my auto accident and near-death experience many years ago.

After almost 40 years, I am still becoming aware of why the accident happened, and today, my awareness tends to come through dreams, which is nice because it’s much easier to handle and certainly a lot less physically painful.

Now, before I wrap things up here, I want to make sure you remember that the desire for change is your choice!

And I also want you to take some time to write down what you discover about yourself during each day and in your dreams. Keeping a journal can allow you to clearly see what is really going on with you.

Based on this insight, you can begin to make meaningful decisions about how you’re going to implement these changes and how you can continue to move forward at a steady pace.

The meditation I am including today will take you through a process of moving into self-acceptance and self-love. You may listen to it every few days to deepen your clearing work.

If there is anything I can do to assist you in your process towards self-love, or finding the kind of love, or levels of love, you desire, then please reach out to me.

Love to all,
