As I sit here sipping my tea, heaviness and weightiness surround me. So I ask, “Where are these feelings coming from? Are they mine?” And the answer is a resounding, “No. They’re not mine. They belong to the outside world.”
What am I to do with that? The answer is to return to sender with love. By doing this I have no attachments of what the outcome of this might be, and now there is a little more light in the world. That feels great!
So, what am I feeling now? Mainly, spaciousness creating the opening for me to decide what it is I want to feel. My body tingles as I begin thinking about this decision, and I go into that child-like wonderment.
Do you want to try this process? As you do, you will find delight, joy, and love. I did, and so can you!
When I use this process, the time and energies of ME have been set for my day to begin. Each day of doing this inspires me to build the life of my dreams and gives me excitement for the day, the week, the month, and the new year.
Doing this only takes a few moments of pondering over the first sip or two of my morning tea. Then, I can begin my morning rituals and stand in the expansiveness of what is. It feels awesome!
