How to Create a Stable, Fuller Life

The feeling of 2021 depends on your personal perspective.

I think we all can agree that this year has been a greater challenge than last year. My life has been filled with lots of higher highs and lower lows. Have you noticed this in your life, too? Everyone seems to be riding on a see saw.

But, even with all of the seesawing, there has been a level of gentle, smooth energy in my life. You might even say a sweetness. This energy has created a stability for me no matter who is saying anything biased, opinionated, untrue or inciting or no matter what offensive, violent, or questionable event is going on.

How has this happened? How was I able to tap into a gentle, smooth energy?

I believe it is due to all the intense, deep clearing that has been taken place for the past, present, and future.  I have dedicated this year of isolation looking at what isn’t working for me and resolving it either by healing or clearing of it.

It has been a challenging year, but one of rising above the seemingly global confusion or disorganized clutter.

I am in such deep gratitude for the opportunities I have been given. I am amazed at the blessings that are in my life. It is filled with Love, Light, and Grace. If you recognize your life is lacking these things, I’m writing to let you know that your life can be full as well.

The last two monthly meditations, Clearing the Ancient Past and Moving from Your Physical Self for a Higher Spiritual Self, I shared with you about clearing the past and present.  Remember, the more you listen to them the deeper the clearings will be.

This month, I am gifting you with a meditation clearing on yet another level.
