My clients tell me life has been like a roller coaster for them, moving from extreme highs to extreme lows.

How many of you have felt like your life has imploded, exploded, and/or fractured?

You might be feeling this way right now, but remember, this year is about all the hidden negativities being revealed.

So, don’t be surprised if you feel as if the rug has been pulled out from under you or any specific aspect of your life.

Whatever it is you’re feeling, please remind yourself that it is only coming up to be released.

Then you can plow through the emotions that come up and be done with them. After that, you will be able to realize the wisdom of it all.

I’m sure most of you know the saying “What you resist persists” from the Law of Attraction.

At this moment in time, what you want to remain hidden or what you are in denial about will come up to be dealt with in blazing flames, which might seem to be destructive, or it may appear milder.

Whatever it is, please give space for your humanness and allow the emotions to come up and out, expressing them in the healthiest manner you can (boxing gloves anyone?).

You might even want to place a time limit on clearing the emotions out.

Then you will be able to take a deep breath and a step back from those emotions and the situation at hand.

We so often forget that by holding onto difficulties, untruths, and negativities, we are binding ourselves to them.

But now that you’ve allowed yourself to experience those emotions, you are ready to give yourself the time and space to seek out the divine wisdom as to the truth behind whatever has happened.

It is well worth the time and effort to remove and/or clear these lesser frequencies out, making more room for light and love.

If you feel like you could use some help, you can even call forth the “Shield of God’s Love and Truth” to protect you, which is given to us through the Akashic Records.

This shield might have a specific meaning to you, so take some time to explore it.

For me, it is as if I am surrounded and filled with God’s love, truth, and grace. I experience being swept clear and moved into grace and peace.

In any case, my gift to you this month is a meditation for clearing blocks that might keep you separated from the shield and assist you in connecting more deeply with the shield.
